Loopbase provides a digital loyalty platform that enables merchants to create and manage customer loyalty programs, and enables customers to earn and redeem rewards. Our services include the merchant portal, customer wallet passes, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a merchant account
  • You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Loopbase, you agree to:

  • Honor rewards and program terms you create
  • Not create misleading or deceptive loyalty programs
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate information about your business
  • Protect customer data in accordance with our privacy policy

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Loopbase and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Loopbase and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loopbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
